Sincronizacion de motor 3100

si alguien porfavor me puede decir como sincronizar un motor 3100 de un cutlass ciera 95

parece ser el mismo motor checalo y comentas !!!saludos!!!

Mas info de apoyo para quien ocupe cambiar cadena de tiempo oldsmobile cutlass ciera 3.1L 1994/ 1995
FRONT COVER, REPLACE
1.Disconnect battery ground cable, then drain cooling system.
2.Remove serpentine drive belt, then drive belt tensioner.
3.Remove alternator and power steering pump. Position pump aside.
4.Raise and support vehicle, then remove inner splash shield.
5.Remove flywheel cover at transaxle, then starter.
6.Remove harmonic balancer as follows:
a.Remove balancer retaining bolt. Have an assistant keep flywheel from turning.
b.Using harmonic balancer puller No. J-24420-B, remove balancer.
7.Remove serpentine belt idler pulley, then lower oil pan.
8.Remove lower cover bolts, then lower vehicle.
9.Remove radiator hose at water pump, then heater hose at cooling system fill pipe.
10.Remove bypass and overflow hoses, then canister purge hose.
11.Remove upper cover bolts, then front cover, Fig. 1.
12.Reverse procedure to install. Tighten to specifications.

TIMING CHAIN REPLACE
oldsmobile cutlass ciera 3.1L 1994/ 1995
1.Remove front cover as outlined under "Front Cover, Replace."
2.Place No. 1 piston at top dead center with marks on camshaft and crankshaft sprockets aligned, Fig. 1.
3.Remove camshaft sprocket bolts, then remove sprocket and timing chain. If sprocket does not come off easily, tap lower edge of sprocket with a plastic mallet.
4.If crankshaft sprocket is to be replaced, remove sprocket using a suitable puller. Install new sprocket, aligning key and keyway.
5.Install timing chain on camshaft sprocket. Hold sprocket vertically with chain hanging down and align marks on camshaft and crankshaft sprockets.
6.Align dowel pin hole in sprocket with dowel pin on camshaft, then install sprocket on camshaft.
7.Using camshaft sprocket attaching bolts, draw sprocket on camshaft. Tighten bolts to specifications.
8.Lubricate timing chain with engine oil, then install front cover as outlined previously.
