Cambio Bomba agua Nissan Maxima 95 VQ30DE

Amigos, necesito de sus buenos consejos.

Aqui les tengo una pregunta, para sustituir la bomba de agua del vehiculo nissan maxima 95 motor vq30de es necesario desmontar la distribucion, cual es el mejor metodo para sustituirla

STEP 1

Remove the splash shields from under the vehicle.
Drain the coolant system.
CAUTION
Never open, service or drain the radiator or cooling system when hot; serious burns can occur from the steam and hot coolant. Also, when draining engine coolant, keep in mind that cats and dogs are attracted to ethylene glycol antifreeze and could drink any that is left in an uncovered container or in puddles on the ground. This will prove fatal in sufficient quantities. Always drain coolant into a sealable container. Coolant should be reused unless it is contaminated or is several years old.
Remove the right side motor mount and bracket assembly. Use a jack or an engine support to hold the engine in place while the mount is removed.
Remove the drive belts and the idler pulley bracket.
Remove the water pump drain plug.
Remove the chain tensioner cover and the water pump cover.

Using a suitable tool, push in the timing chain tensioner sleeve. Use a small pin to stop the tensioner from returning.

Remove the three water pump bolts. To relax the tension on the timing chain, turn the crankshaft damper approximately 20 ° counterclockwise.

STEP 2
Fig. 11: After the three water pump bolts are removed, turn the crankshaft to loosen the timing chain slightly
Using two longer bolts, carefully draw the pump out of the housing. Turn each bolt no more than one half turn each time, or the pump and housing may be damaged.

Remove the water pump assembly from the engine. Discard the O-rings.
Inspect the assembly for excessive corrosion, rough operation or end play. Replace as necessary.
To install:

Place a small amount of coolant on the O-rings to lubricate them.
Carefully push the water pump assembly into the housing.
WARNING
Do sure not to cut the O-rings on the pump housing when installing the pump assembly. Be sure to lubricate the O-rings before assembly.
Tighten the water pump assembly bolts to 5.1-7.2 ft. lb. (7-10 Nm.).
Return the crankshaft to its original position by turning it 20° forward.
Install the timing chain tensioner. Tighten the two bolts to 6.2-8.0 ft. lb. (8.4-10.8 Nm.). Remove the retainer pin from the tensioner.
Clean the mating surfaces of the chain tensioner cover and water pump cover. Apply a fresh bead of appropriate liquid gasket to each cover.
Install the covers, and torque the bolts to 7-9 ft. lb. (10-13 Nm.).
Install the water pump drain plug.
Install the drive belts and the idler pulley bracket Be sure to set belt tension properly.
Install the right side motor mount and bracket assembly.
Refill the coolant system

NOTA: He escuchado varios malos testimonios acerca de personas que han cambiado la bomba de agua para este carro y despues quedado mal el tiempo,ya que la bomba es impulsada por la cadena del tiempo. Te aconsejo llevar tu carro( muy buen carro) con alguien especializado en NISSAN. Yo tengo un Infinity I30 (nissan maxima) y la verdad no me anime a cambiarla.

La bomba de agua se encuentra en el centro de la parte delantera del motor.

1: La tapa de correa de distribución se debe quitar para tener acceso completo la bomba de agua
Tenga cuidado de no derramar el líquido refrigerante en la correa de distribución cuando se realiza este procedimiento.
Vacíe el sistema de refrigeración a través del tapón de drenaje en la parte inferior del radiador, y los tapones de drenaje a ambos lados del bloque.
PRECAUCIÓN
Nunca abra el sistema, el servicio de drenaje o el radiador o refrigeración a alta temperatura; quemaduras graves, puede producirse a partir del vapor y del líquido refrigerante caliente. Además, cuando el drenaje del refrigerante del motor, tenga en cuenta que los gatos y los perros se sienten atraídos por el anticongelante de glicol de etileno y los líquidos son las que se deja en un recipiente destapado o en charcos en el suelo. Esto resultará ser mortal en cantidades suficientes. Siempre fuga de refrigerante en un recipiente hermético. El refrigerante debe volver a utilizar a menos que esté contaminado o es de varios años de edad.
Retire la manguera superior del radiador.
Afloje y retire la correa de transmisión (s) de la polea de la bomba de agua.
Para hacer más fácil la operación, quite la correa dentada. Si es necesario, retire la carcasa del termostato y la junta de acceso.
Retire los pernos de la bomba de agua a motor (teniendo en cuenta diferentes longitudes) y retire la bomba. Si la bomba de agua tiene juego axial excesivo o la explotación bruto, cámbielo.
